Why is LIV not displaying my chat when using iRacing/OpenXR?

Streamerkit requires OpenVR mode because openXR mode doesn’t have a built in overlay system

We request the following permissions from Twitch:
StreamerKit Discord bot
Pulsoid Heart Rate Streaming
If you can't see StreamerKit in your headset you need to set the game to run in OpenVR mode
Im using a laptop and I cant see the chat box or alerts in VR
