If you've made a purchase and are encountering some issues, you may report an issue to get some help. Submitting the issue will notify the Seller and LIV to help resolve the issue.
1. In your My account section you'll have My orders. Find the order you are having an issue with and select it.
2. You'll be able to see a Report an issue button to start the process.
3. You'll be able to describe your issue you're experiencing and add any attachments to help explain. Prior to submitting an issue we suggest looking at the help section to see if you can find a resolution.
4. Once submitted, you'll be able to see a list of open issues logged and will be able to communicate with your seller.
